INSTRUCTIONS
PROJECT
For this project, I started off by picking 3 locations and collecting
references. I picked dessert, beach, and mountain. I started sketching as
can be seen in the figures below. After doing all of them, I decided to go
further with the dessert.

I decided to do 4 different compositions for the dessert and wanted to go
further with this idea.
Photobashing

Fig 1.3 is the sketch that I have chosen to be photo bashed. Then I realized
the original base plates I picked didn't really work out the way I wanted it
to and searched for more pictures. I used the pictures for the base image in
photo bashing the sketch. I also used stacked coins for the tower that has a
city on top of it. Lastly and painted over things to add more effects after
I was done editing the values, color correction, etc.

REFLECTION
This project was very interesting to me because I've never done anything
like it before. It was all very new to me and I explored and experimented a
lot. This project definitely taught me a lot from composition, colors, and
values, to the technical execution in photoshop. I struggled in managing my
time which caused this submission to be delayed, I had some technical
difficulties as well like my drawing tablet being broken.
